Who Are We?
We are Burson Land Limited. We've been adding value to real property assets for over 20 years, investing in and developing commercial property since 2004. We've worked on new builds, refurbishment and re-generation projects, and active management opportunities to create properties for tenants and owner-occupiers ranging from independent local businesses to global household names.
We are based in the heart of the Black Country.
Mark Burkes
Director
Formerly UK Acquisition Manager for KFC, Travelodge and Little Chef.
Founding partner of roadside agency, Burkes Willicombe and then Chelmarsh Properties.
Development Manager at Frontier Estates (formerly a Palmer Capital company) where he managed the development of the 100 acre Birmingham distribution park, THE HUB, and the 56 acre mixed use scheme known as THE GREEN.
Phil Stewardson
Director
Founding partner in residential Landlord, Stewardson Properties.
Director of Stewardson Developments and other SPVs within the Stewardson stable.
Occasional contributor to the Sunday Times Property Section.
Phil juggles our cash holdings and arranges our debt and short term bridging facilities.
Mark Stewardson
Director
Co-owner and partner in residential landlord, Stewardson Properties. Director of Stewardson Developments Limited and other SPVs within the Stewardson stable.
Mark's role is primarily site / project management across the portfolio, utilising his interest in sustainable methods of construction and renewables.
